Working drawings and permit documentation are prepared and lodged where required. Once specifications are locked in, we agree on a fixed-price building contract before any construction begins.
Pre-Construction Planning
We finalise material and finish selections, confirm the construction schedule, and organise site setup — so your build can start without delays once ground is broken.
Construction
Building gets underway with our team managing trades, inspections and sequencing. You'll receive regular updates so you always know where your project stands.
Handover & Aftercare
Before handover, we complete a final quality walkthrough together. Once you're happy, we hand over the keys — and remain a point of contact for any questions after you've moved in.
